Apparently some kid finishing summer school to get that last ENWR credit for his diploma decided to celebrate being last in the Class of 2009 by painting the bridge.
Congratulations to YMP, who- or whatever that is. There are some smaller messages written in the same paint, the most cryptic of which says “TIC PIE ACDO.” Anagram? Secret code? […]
