Two new paintings over the weekend, first with the east side showing what looks like the induction of new guides to UGS:

On the west side, inductions of another sort — to the band service fraternity:

Nearby at the Rotunda, protesters were advocating for a living wage at UVA, apparently with a hunger strike:

HUNGER STRIKE FOR A LIVING WAGE! "Being paid a LIVING WAGE for ones work is a necessary condition for Self-actualization" -PRESIDENT TERESA SULLIVAN The Social Organization of Work, p. 63 LIVING WAGE STAND UP FOR A LIVING WAGE!! STUDENTS FASTING 14 FOR A LIVING WAGE DAYS FASTED 3 FOR A LIVING WAGE GOT HONOR?
Funny that the student holding the “Stand up for a living wage” sign is sitting down. While I think their cause is well-meaning, it seems the President laid what I am calling the “Sullivan Smackdown” in an email to the University on this issue, which contains this passage:
The list of demands from the Living Wage Campaign urged the University to increase the minimum hiring wage for entry-level employees to $13 per hour including health benefits (see footnote below), and the faculty petition urged a minimum hiring rate of $11.44 per hour plus benefits. The actual current minimum starting pay for an entry-level employee including the average level of health benefits is $14.55 per hour, exceeding the students’ demand by $1.55 per hour.
Unless there is something wrong with her numbers, this seems like a non-issue. More info on the University’s position can be found here. More info on the campaign’s position can be found here.

I’m glad you’re trying to represent both sides of the issue, but there is definitely another side to what you’re calling the “sullivan smackdown.” Before deciding that it is a non-issue, you should check out Living Wage Campaign’s response here: http://www.livingwageatuva.org/2012/02/18/the-living-wage-campaign-responds-to-pres-sullivan/
